Can I cancel an order placed online?
If you wish to cancel your order, follow the instructions on this link. Once a shipping label has been created or the package has been shipped, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
You can’t directly modify an order once it’s been placed, but the easiest way to make changes is to cancel your order by clicking here and following the instructions, then placing a new order. Once the shipping label has been generated or the package
I made a mistake in my shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible, specifying the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will be able to update the information. Otherwise, you will unfortunately need to contact your carrier directly to modify the delivery.
I forgot to add my promo code. Can I apply it after placing my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to apply a discount code. However, you can still use the code on a future order if the promotion is still active.
Where can I enter my promo code?
Promo codes can be applied directly on the checkout page, in the field for gift cards or discount codes.
